We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems and codes. This role involves working on various jobs, performing installations, and renovations. The Master Electrician will be responsible for ensuring that all work complies with safety standards and regulations while delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings. Provide estimates for projects for residential and commercial customers. The Master Electrician is also responsible for training and coaching the journeyman and apprentice electricians and obtaining permits as needed for each job/project. Provides exceptional customer service to all customers. Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks including wiring, circuit installation, and troubleshooting. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with NEC standards and local building codes. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth operations. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Qualifications Must have Master Electrician license Must have the ability to teach, train, and coach Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record. •This job is with an independent Generac dealer and not for employment with Generac Power Systems, Inc.
