About the Role Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in a stable manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional who can troubleshoot industrial electrical and control systems, interpret schematics and blueprints, perform equipment repairs, and help maintain safe and reliable production operations. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Design and test minor electrical control circuits used for machinery and production equipment. Install and troubleshoot electrical and electronic controls using schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, panels, breakers, conduit, wiring, motors, transformers, and lighting equipment. Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment problems and replace defective components. Troubleshoot electrical power and water distribution systems. Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance. Inspect installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, and replacement needs. Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical components. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, schematics, and verbal instructions. Use electrical testing instruments and appropriate tools to diagnose equipment issues. Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to search for parts and manage maintenance work orders. Support additional maintenance activities as directed by the Group Leader. Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures. Required Qualifications Two-year Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, or a related field. 2-4 years of related industrial electrical or maintenance experience. Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, PLC, and electronic control circuits. Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems. Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Ability to use CMMS software for parts lookup and maintenance work orders. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical & Employment Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and perform bending, stooping, sitting, and manual-dexterity activities. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds as required.
