Electrician

Industrial Electrician / Master Electrician (Preferred, Not Required) Ready for something beyond repetitive service calls? Join a growing, family-owned company building and servicing custom overhead cranes and hoist systems throughout Central Wisconsin. This is a hands-on electrical role where your work directly contributes to large-scale industrial equipment projects—not the same residential or commercial tasks day after day. We're looking for an experienced Electrician with strong industrial or commercial electrical knowledge. A Wisconsin Master Electrician license is preferred, but not required for candidates with the right experience and skillset.

What You'll Do:

Wire, assemble, and install electrical systems on custom overhead cranes and hoists Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical/mechanical equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Perform in-shop builds as well as local/regional field service work Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with NEC and OSHA standards Collaborate with fabricators, welders, and service technicians to complete custom projects

What We're Looking For:

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial electrical work Wisconsin electrical license is a plus ( Master Electrician preferred, not required ) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Mechanical aptitude and ability to work hands-on with equipment Valid driver's license required Comfortable with occasional local/regional travel (home most nights) Bonus Experience (Not Required): Overhead cranes, hoists, controls, VFDs, or motor controls PLC troubleshooting or industrial automation
