Journeyman Electrician - Industrial Wyoming | Starting at $38/hour + DOE | Monday-Friday Build a Career, Not Just Your Next Project Wescom is looking for an experienced Wyoming Journeyman Electrician who takes pride in doing quality work, working safely, and being someone customers and coworkers can count on. What Wescom Offers Starting pay of $38/hour , with higher compensation based on experience 70% employer contribution toward medical insurance after 30 days 50% employer contribution toward dental insurance after 30 days Employee ownership through the Wescom ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) 401(k) with a 100% company match on the first 6% you contribute after 90 days Paid time off based on years of service 6 paid holidays after 90 days Primarily Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Opportunities to advance into Foreman, Client Services Management, Industrial Controls, Safety, and Operations What You'll Do As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll perform industrial electrical installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and controls work while helping lead the people working alongside you. You'll be expected to: Perform high-quality electrical and controls work in accordance with the NEC, customer requirements, and Wescom standards. Troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical systems. Plan daily work and help direct electricians and apprentices on location. Mentor apprentices and less-experienced team members. Inspect work and help ensure it meets our quality standards before the job is complete. Communicate directly and professionally with customers, coworkers, and Wescom leadership. Complete required field documentation, including daily field tickets, JSAs, POs, and inspections. Take ownership of project success — safety, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment as if they were your own. Serve as a safety role model and speak up when something isn't right. What We're Looking For Current Wyoming Journeyman Electrical License At least 2 years of industrial experience, preferably involving electrical, instrumentation, automation, or controls Strong electrical troubleshooting skills Ability and willingness to lead and teach others Good communication skills with customers and coworkers Dependability and a strong work ethic Ability to safely work outdoors in a variety of Wyoming weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform the physical requirements of industrial electrical construction Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, takes ownership when something needs to get done, and wants to be part of a strong team. Schedule & Pay Starting pay: $40/hour, with higher compensation based on experience Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Expect approximately 40 hours per week with occasional overtime based on customer and project needs.
