We are seeking an experienced and visionary Project Manager/Estimator (write/run) to lead diverse projects and drive outstanding results. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage a variety of challenging projects while fostering a collaborative team environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our high-end remodeling projects, precise roofing jobs, and crucial restoration efforts following water or fire damage.Key Responsibilities:
Property Inspection & Scoping:
Conduct thorough onsite inspections of residential and commercial properties to document water, fire, mold, or storm damage through detailed photos, and measurements.Xactimate Estimate Writing:
Draft precise, line-item estimates and 2D/3D sketches in Xactimate, ensuring all scope details, labor, and materials accurately reflect pre-loss condition and industry standards.Carrier & Client Follow-Up:
Proactively communicate with insurance adjusters, property owners, and third-party administrators (TPAs) to submit estimates, provide supporting documentation, and secure prompt scope approval.Scope Negotiation & Revisions:
Address adjuster inquiries, write F9 notes, and process agreed-upon supplements to resolve pricing discrepancies and maximize job profitability. Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, focusing on high-end remodeling, roofing, and water/fire restoration. Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between project teams and upper management. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, efficiently allocating resources and coordinating team efforts. Conduct project post mortems and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven project management skills with a background in construction, restoration, or related fields. Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for team-building and staff development. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing relationships with both clients and team members. Strategic thinker with an ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are advantageous.What We Offer:

Full-time Pay:
$65,000.00- $110,000.
