Job Description

Experience:
4+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction. Proven ability to develop project estimates, create CPM schedules, and manage project cost controls. Experience supporting projects from preconstruction through closeout. Core Responsibilities Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed construction cost estimates. Build and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids. Develop project budgets and cost forecasts. Track costs, commitments, and productivity against budget. Analyze schedule impacts and prepare recovery plans when delays occur. Support change order pricing and schedule analysis. Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and preconstruction teams throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare executive reports on project cost, schedule, and forecast performance.
Required Skills Estimating:
Quantity takeoffs, conceptual estimating, subcontractor bid leveling, pricing analysis.
Scheduling:
CPM scheduling, logic development, critical path analysis, schedule updates, delay analysis.
Cost Controls:
Budget management, forecasting, earned value, cost reporting, change management.
Strong proficiency with:
