Job Description The Estimator will report to preconstruction leadership and play a critical role in supporting project pursuits, budget development, and overall preconstruction success. Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and hard bid estimates. Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scope and pricing. Perform detailed quantity takeoffs across all construction trades. Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals. Develop comprehensive budgets and cost analyses for commercial construction projects. Identify value engineering opportunities and alternative construction solutions. Support bid submissions and project turnover to operations teams. The Successful Applicant For the Estimator role we are seeking: 3+ years of estimating experience with a commercial General Contractor. Experience estimating ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and materials. Proven ability to prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates. Experience reviewing plans, specifications, and contract documents. Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
