Job Description The Project Manager / Estimator will report directly to senior leadership and take ownership of projects from estimating through closeout. This position offers a high level of autonomy and direct impact on the successful delivery of commercial construction projects. Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and hard-bid estimates for commercial construction projects Review plans, specifications, and scope documents to develop accurate cost projections Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals Manage multiple ground-up and tenant improvement projects simultaneously Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor management, and project execution Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners Monitor project performance and ensure successful completion on time and within budget MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
