Full Job Description Estimator Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE) Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Career Growth Opportunity Join the Avanti Windows & Doors Team! Avanti Windows & Doors is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Level Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely project estimates for residential and multi-family construction projects. If you enjoy working with plans, solving problems, and collaborating with customers and internal teams, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Prepare accurate estimates and bid proposals for residential and multi-family projects Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents Manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously Utilize estimating and quoting software to generate detailed proposals Communicate effectively with builders, contractors, customers, and internal departments Assist with corrections and revisions to estimates, orders, and bill of materials as needed Process project updates and provide timely revisions Ensure accuracy throughout the quoting and order-entry process Support customers by helping resolve plan and specification discrepancies What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience reading blueprints, building plans, or construction documents preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable learning new software applications, including FeneVision Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Construction, window and door, estimating, or related industry experience is a plus Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous estimating, construction, blueprint reading, or related experience preferred Knowledge of windows, doors, building components, or construction practices is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Why Join Avanti?
