We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and excellent project communication with all departments and parties. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of construction management, and the ability to negotiate contracts effectively. Responsibilities Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates while maintaining correct margins. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams. Prepare detailed proposals that outline project costs, timelines, and deliverables. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms. Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase to ensure adherence to budget constraints. Conduct site visits to assess conditions, gather data, and validate estimates against actual project requirements. Maintain organized records of all estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to projects. Skills Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
