Job Description

Experienced Tile Estimator Caliber Flooring is seeking an experienced Tile Estimator to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with estimating experience and strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.
Responsibilities:
Review plans, specifications, and bid documents. Perform material takeoffs and prepare accurate project estimates. Calculate labor, material, and subcontractor costs. Prepare and submit proposals and bids. Enter estimates, invoices, purchase orders, and job-related information into QuickBooks Desktop. Track project costs and assist with job costing. Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, project managers, and clients.
Qualifications:
Previous estimating experience in the tile, stone, flooring, or construction industry preferred. Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop. Ability to read blueprints and construction documents. Strong math, organizational, and computer skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
