The qualified candidate shall be responsible for preparing estimates on new construction projects to include flooring, surrounds, countertops and window coverings as required by client proposals, blueprints, specifications, and other related documents. Strong product knowledge and an understanding of flooring, tile surrounds, window coverings, countertops and the installation process are essential. • Use Measure Square, RMFS, or other measuring software
• Work with customers and contractors in developing floor plans and design concepts
• Work closely with all company's members to acquire all projects details and return accurate bids within time frame and parameters given
• Maintain product library and pricing via our fully custom software system
• Contribute to company goal of providing complete customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Highly organized, Detailed and Self-Motivated
• Must be able to prioritize, work quickly, accurately, and produce results within deadlines.
