We are looking for experienced, reliable pool builders and construction companies in Tucson, Arizona to join our contractor network. We generate qualified pool projects through our marketing and sales team and are looking for established builders who can price, accept, and successfully complete projects . This is a great opportunity for a pool builder looking to receive additional projects without having to generate their own leads or handle the sales process. How It Works Our sales team generates and meets with qualified homeowners. Projects are priced and prepared through our system. Available projects are presented to our pool builders. You review the project details, scope, and pricing. If the project works for you, you agree to take it on. You complete the entire project from start to finish. You communicate with our sales team throughout the process. You contract directly with the homeowner under your own company. You perform the work on behalf of our company and are responsible for the construction and fulfillment of the project. Builders who remain active and responsive in our system can expect to receive approximately 1-2 pool projects per month , depending on project availability and their capacity. Compensation You receive 75% of the total project value . Your 75% covers: Labor Materials Equipment Subcontractors Permits and construction-related expenses Your company's profit Example $100,000 pool project $75,000 → Builder $25,000 → Our company The builder is responsible for completing the entire project within the agreed-upon budget. What We're Looking For We are looking for established pool builders who: Have experience building residential swimming pools Can independently manage projects from start to finish Have reliable crews and subcontractors Can accurately review project scopes and pricing Can communicate quickly and professionally Are comfortable using software/CRM systems Can manage materials, labor, scheduling, and construction Have the appropriate licensing, insurance, and qualifications required for their work Take responsibility for the quality and completion of their projects Reliability, communication, construction quality, and the ability to complete projects within the agreed-upon budget are essential. Important The builder is responsible for the construction and fulfillment of the project , including labor, materials, subcontractors, scheduling, workmanship, and applicable construction requirements. The builder will enter into the appropriate contract with the homeowner under their own company and will perform the work on behalf of our company. Builders are responsible for all work performed and associated construction liability . What We Provide You don't need to spend your time generating leads or selling projects.

Pay:

$60.00 - $80.00 per hour Application Question(s): How many pool projects can you begin a month? Are you comfortable pricing competitively? We allocate 75% of the project cost towards the construction. Your profit, labor, and materials must come from this 75%. We have 2-3 other construction teams in our company. We need someone who can accept jobs quickly, and go and build high quality pools. Confirm that you have the ability to be active online and take jobs when they are presented to you.
