Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tree Service Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing tree service projects, preparing comprehensive estimates, and communicating effectively with clients and team members. Your expertise will help ensure projects are bid competitively while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Duties Manage project budgets by estimating costs for materials, labor, permits, and equipment while ensuring adherence to client specifications and safety standards. Prepare detailed proposals and bid packages that clearly outline scope of work, costs, schedules, and contractual terms. Skills Strong knowledge of construction industry practices related to arboricultural services and commercial tree work. Excellent negotiation skills for securing competitive pricing with vendors and clients. Experience managing projects as a construction estimator within the heavy civil or tree service sectors. Skilled in using spreadsheets for cost management, material estimation, and budgeting purposes. Knowledge of contracts, project management principles, and cost control strategies in the construction industry. Strong communication skills for client interaction, proposal presentation, and team collaboration.
