The Associate Pre-Construction Specialist is an entry level professional role reporting to the Director of Preconstruction. This role will build and foster relationships within Pre-Construction, Estimating and Business Development the customers as a liaison and trusted resource.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Conduct regular analyzes of processes and procedures, making adjustments when necessary Assist entire team with client relationships (outreach, pipeline management, follow up on RFP release, etc.) Serve as a liaison to prospective and current customers to ensure all needs are consistently met Assist with and coordinate preconstruction activities throughout sales process and final close of sale. Assess and vet projects as they come in to ensure all required documentation is provided Research new and potential clients Maintain support Salesforce system, ensuring all project, client and vendor information remains up to date Plan, prepare, and host exhibit booths. Create Oppty/Project in CORE/Salesforce Create and manage MS Teams folder, Smartsheets, Building Connected and Accubid Document Control Segregate and upload drawings to Livecount Upload original files to MS Teams Handle and coordinate when a Bid Bond is required Creating and Linking Box Folders in BuildingConnected Request NDAs for Vendors/DocuSign Updating CORE/Salesforce, Estimating Log (Win/Loss) Update the Project List - active and ongoing projects/estimates Print and send out Bid Schedule New Hires/Coordinate with Trainers on New Hires Order equipment for new hires, supplies, and equipment for the department on a needed basis. Coordinate with Regional Marketing Team for initiatives and content to promote the REE brand in Texas The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline and/or equivalent work experience Experience familiarity with Rosendin, Pre-Construction, Estimating and Business Development is a plus Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience Previous work in a Construction/Architectural/Engineering firm is highly preferred Marketing or similar field experience is a plusTRAVEL:

General work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
