Annual Job Summary:
Seeking a Dry Wall Estimator to prepare detailed estimates, bids, and project budgets. Required Skills Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion Prepare accurate cost estimates, detailed bids, and project budgets Review plans, specifications, and construction documents Develop and maintain project schedules Perform material and labor takeoffs Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Track project costs, progress, and schedules Prepare and manage change orders, proposals, and project reports Conduct jobsite visits and progress meetings Communicate regularly with clients and project stakeholders Identify and resolve project issues promptly Ensure work meets quality, safety, and contractual requirements Maintain accurate project documentation
Background:
Commercial drywall and framing estimating and project management experience Candidates should be comfortable handling both estimating and project management responsibilities .
