Excellence in take-off construction drawings and specifications. Computer literate. We are heavily reliant on Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, Outlook and QuickBooks, you need to be proficient in all of these programs. Ability to meet deadlines so multi-tasking is key. Estimate costs for glazing projects by analyzing blueprints and specifications. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to cost control measures. Utilize software tools like Bluebeam and QuickBooks for project documentation and financial tracking. Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure favorable terms. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with construction management teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
