In this Electrical Estimator opportunity based in Chino, CA, you'll help build the internal estimating function from the ground up while supporting high-profile public works and commercial electrical bids. If you're methodical, detail-driven, and ready to take ownership with senior leadership, this role is built for you. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Estimator position include: 7+ years of electrical estimating experience, ideally on public works or commercial projects Analyze project drawings, specs, and proposals to prepare accurate cost estimates Perform complete material takeoffs and labor cost assessments for electrical systems Manage vendor quotes, conduct Go/No-Go bid evaluations, and oversee submission timelines Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks to understand project scope and constraints Build and maintain strong supplier and subcontractor relationships to obtain competitive pricing Refine and build out company estimating processes, tools, and best practices Track market trends and pricing benchmarks; contribute to strategic business development
Salary:
$90K-$110K per year, commensurate with experience.
