$160,000+ About Us We are a growing general contracting company specializing in ADUs, home additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and whole-home renovations . We are looking for an experienced Construction Sales & Estimator who understands residential construction and can confidently take a project from the initial customer consultation all the way through completion. This is not a traditional "hand off the sale" position. You will be responsible for selling, estimating, managing, and maintaining the customer relationship throughout the project. The Role The ideal candidate has proven experience selling residential construction projects and understands the construction process from start to finish.

You will:

Meet with homeowners and identify their remodeling or ADU needs Develop project scopes and prepare accurate estimates Prepare and present proposals to prospective customers Sell ADUs, additions, kitchen/bath remodels, and whole-home remodels Follow up with leads and close new business Build strong relationships with homeowners Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and internal team members Manage projects from signed contract through completion Communicate project schedules, budgets, and expectations to customers Help resolve issues that arise during construction Monitor project scope and profitability Identify opportunities for change orders and additional work Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the project What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential construction sales or estimating experience Strong knowledge of ADUs and residential remodeling Experience estimating construction projects Proven ability to close sales Strong understanding of construction scopes, materials, labor, and project costs Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Highly organized and self-motivated Comfortable meeting homeowners in person Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Who Will Succeed in This Position We are looking for someone who is hungry, confident, organized, and experienced in residential construction . You should be comfortable sitting across from a homeowner, understanding their vision, putting together a professional proposal, closing the deal, and then staying involved until the project is successfully completed.
