We specialize in home remodeling, ADUs, additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations, and new construction . We are looking for someone with a strong background in residential construction sales who understands remodeling and new-build projects and can confidently meet with homeowners, understand their vision, and turn opportunities into signed construction projects. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to discuss remodeling and new construction projects Generate and follow up with potential customers Conduct in-home consultations and project assessments Understand customer needs, budgets, timelines, and design preferences Help customers develop project concepts and visualize the finished product Create or assist with floor plans, layouts, and 3D renderings Prepare proposals and present project options to clients Explain construction scopes, materials, pricing, and timelines Work with estimators, designers, and construction teams to develop projects Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline Build relationships with homeowners, realtors, designers, and referral partners Negotiate and close construction projects Maintain accurate customer and project information Qualifications Previous sales experience in residential remodeling or new construction Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and the remodeling process Experience with kitchens, bathrooms, additions, ADUs, whole-home remodels, or custom homes Ability to read and understand architectural plans Experience creating floor plans and 3D renderings is highly preferred Design experience is a major plus Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Professional appearance and excellent customer service Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong closing skills and a results-driven mindset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can do more than simply sell a construction project. The ideal candidate can meet with a homeowner, understand their vision, help design the project, create or modify floor plans and renderings, explain the construction process, and ultimately close the sale. Candidates with a combination of construction sales, remodeling experience, and design skills are strongly preferred.
