The Estimator will review requests for proposals and public bid solicitations; perform take-offs; attend site walks; formulate estimates; obtain and evaluate quotes from subcontractors and vendors; and draft formal written proposals and public bid packages. The Environmental Services Estimator (ESE) will be expected to work independently on small to large-size opportunities for private clients and public sector opportunities, including soil remediation and brownfield cleanups, vapor intrusion mitigation, remediation system installation (SVE, groundwater extraction and treatment, PFAS), UST/AST removals, decommissioning and demolition with special waste, landfill and leachate work, and creek, slope and storm damage restoration.
