In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, prepare accurate cost estimates, and ensure project feasibility for Electrical installations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and a keen understanding of project planning and budgeting. Responsibilities Conduct in-depth assessments of project requirements and site conditions. Perform site surveys to gather critical information and evaluate the scope of work. Read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and technical specifications to develop precise cost estimates. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain necessary details for the estimation process. Prepare detailed bids, proposals, and cost breakdowns for fire alarm and low voltage projects. Ensure all estimates align with company standards, industry best practices, and local building codes. Work closely with project management teams to refine plans, budgets, and timelines. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements in Electrical systems. Provide technical expertise and support during the bidding and negotiation process. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project transitions from estimation to execution. Requirements 2 years minimum proven experience as an Estimator Strong knowledge of industry standards. Ability to read and analyze architectural plans, blueprints, and technical documentation. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to electrical installations. Proficiency in estimation software and design tools. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
