This role combines on-site project assessments, collaboration with coordinators and superintendents, and communication with clients and contractors, ensuring every project is accurately scoped and budgeted. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, insurance, abatement, or restoration, strong communication and time management skills, and is comfortable spending most of the day on the road .
Main Responsibilities:
Perform job walks to assess project scope, gather necessary details, and document conditions. Determine scopes of work and budgets with support from project coordinators and superintendents Serve as the point of contact for contractors, home/building owners, and other stakeholders during the estimation process. Support the operations Commission 3% on projects paid in full
Salary :

Job Requirements:
You have a clean driving record and are open to being on the road the majority of your work day Construction, Insurance, Or Abatement, restoration background preferred Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional time management skills Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, Slack and Hubspot Experience using Xactimate (preferred but not necessary) This role requires frequent driving using a company vehicle or personal vehicle covered under our insurance policy.
