Orange County Painting Services is looking for an experienced California C-33 licensed painting contractor with an established crew who can inspect, price, sell, and complete residential exterior painting projects. We currently have 4 qualified homeowner opportunities ready now . One of the first opportunities is a residential exterior painting project in Huntington Beach at a home valued approximately between $1.2 million and $2 million . Typical full-exterior opportunities we target are approximately $10,000 to $15,000 , with some projects higher depending on the home and scope. We already have the marketing, lead generation, sales tools, pricing system, proposals, follow-up process, and homeowner pipeline. What we need is an experienced painting contractor who can go out, represent OCPS professionally, inspect and price the project, close the homeowner, and have their own crew complete the work.

HOW THE PARTNERSHIP WORKS OCPS

handles the lead-generation and sales-support side. You handle the inspection, estimating, selling, and production side.

The process is:

OCPS generates the lead We market directly to Orange County homeowners and generate residential exterior painting opportunities. OCPS qualifies and schedules the homeowner We gather the initial information and schedule the appointment. You inspect the property You meet the homeowner, inspect the complete exterior, measure the work, take photographs, identify preparation and repairs, and determine the complete scope. You price the project You use your painting experience and OCPS tools to determine an appropriate homeowner price based on the actual scope and production requirements. You present the proposal You explain the findings, recommended preparation, coating system, scope, and price. You close the project If the homeowner is ready to move forward, you professionally ask for the project and complete the required sales process. Your crew completes the work Your painting company provides the crew and completes the approved exterior painting scope. OCPS collects the homeowner payments Collected project revenue is distributed according to the written partnership agreement. Then we move to the next opportunity.

COMPENSATION

You are paid in two ways. $50 Per Completed Qualified Inspection You earn $50 when you complete the scheduled qualified inspection and submit the required scope, measurements, photographs, and findings. You still receive the inspection payment if the homeowner does not purchase. 50% of Collected Project Revenue When you close the project and your painting company completes the work, your company receives 50% of the customer revenue actually collected by OCPS , subject to the written agreement.

$10,000 collected project Your company receives: $5,000 OCPS receives: $5,000 $12,000 collected project Your company receives: $6,000 OCPS receives: $6,000 $15,000 collected project Your company receives: $7,500 OCPS receives: $7,500 $20,000 collected project Your company receives: $10,000 OCPS receives: $10,000 Your company's 50% is its production budget and compensation. Your company is responsible for the agreed production requirements, including: Crew labor Paint Materials Tools and equipment Preparation Included repairs Painting Cleanup Workmanship corrections and callbacks Agreed warranty responsibilities You should understand your production costs and only recommend pricing that allows the project to be completed correctly and profitably.
