Overview:

We are seeking an Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by accurately estimating costs and providing valuable insights for project planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and estimate costs
• Prepare detailed take-offs and quantity surveys for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
• Review change orders and assess their impact on project costs

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
