Full Job Description Experienced Misc Metals Steel Estimator Job Title:
Estimator Job Purpose:
Accurately and proficiently prepare take off sheets and capture projects for Cowelco.
Job Duties:
• Prepare Bid Proposals as currently done at Cowelco Review latest drawings from clients. Architectural, Structural, Civil, Landscape, etc. Review Specifications and other Notes off Drawings Review project schedule for feasibility Submit RFIs. Continue follow-up for response Create labor/material/equipment/subcontractor take off sheets. Obtain accurate material pricing or other subcontractor quotes. Ability to check work for accuracy Work with team to complete proposal Keep in constant contact with clients Meet ALL deadlines. • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
Analyzing Information , Estimating, Planning, Reporting Research Results, Strategic Planning, Attention to Detail, Informing Others, Maintain Excellent client relationships. Excellent computer skills. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel. Must pass Background Check and have a valid Drivers License.
