Pristine Restoration is a Los Angeles IICRC Certified Firm handling water, mold, and fire/smoke losses for residential insurance customers. We're looking for an experienced mitigation, pack-out and repair estimator to scope losses, and write complete, defensible Xactimate estimates that hold up to adjuster review. What you'll do Walk losses and set drying plans: equipment count and placement, containment, demo scope Make sure field documentation supports every line item Write mitigation estimates (ESX + PDF) Write supplements for missed or changed scope and respond to adjuster questions on the estimate Requirements 3+ years writing mitigation estimates in Xactimate (required) IICRC WRT and ASD (required) Proven experience writing and winning supplements Must provide 2 anonymized mitigation ESX samples and your typical reduction percentage LA-area based with reliable vehicle Pay Per-job fee for scoping and estimate writing Plus commission on collected revenue To apply: send your resume, 2 sample estimates, and your answer to this: "Class 3 water loss, 1,200 sq ft affected, 8-ft ceilings.
