We're growing, and we're adding an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to our office team. This is a core estimating role with project management responsibilities. If you know how to read a set of plans, build a competitive bid, and see a project through from award to closeout — we want to talk. What You'll Do Own electrical estimating, takeoffs, and bid preparation for commercial and winery projects Use estimating software to build accurate, competitive bids Manage change orders from identification through execution and billing Coordinate material purchasing — power distribution, lighting packages, major equipment Work directly with field leadership, vendors, and suppliers to keep projects on track Perform site visits for scope verification and project support Use Excel for cost tracking, budget management, and reporting What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with electrical estimating — you've done this, not just assisted Familiarity with electrical estimating software (any platform — we can train on ours) Background in electrical construction, either in the field or in the office Strong Excel skills Organized, self-directed, and comfortable in both office and active jobsite environments Someone who wants to build something long-term, not just fill a seat The Opportunity Competitive pay: $50
