  • Restoration Services ALL-NU Restoration 423 E Industrial Rd, San Bernardino, CA 92408 $20
  • 25 per hour (based on experience) ALL-NU Restoration is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator to join our growing restoration team.
This role is responsible for creating accurate and timely project estimates using industry-standard tools and supporting project success from initial assessment through approval. Responsibilities Prepare detailed restoration estimates for residential and commercial projects Use estimating software (Xactimate and QuickBooks) to build accurate scopes and pricing Review project documentation, photos, and field notes to develop estimates Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure accuracy Communicate the estimate details clearly to internal staff Qualifications Prior experience in restoration, construction, or estimating preferred Working knowledge of Xactimate and/or QuickBooks strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Basic understanding of property damage restoration (water, fire, mold) is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time, stable employment Opportunity to grow within a restoration company
