Job Description

Senior Project Manager / Estimator We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, mentoring project staff, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from precon through closeout. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and overall project execution. Plan and publish project schedule utilizing Microsoft Project. Collaborate with Superintendent, Client, Project Engineers, and field teams. Review contracts, drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Monitor project financials, billing, and overall project profitability. Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain schedule and budget. Coordinate permitting and inspections. Support business development efforts by building long term client relationships and identifying future opportunities. Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, warranties, as built drawings, and turnover documentation.

$120,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
