- 3-8 years of estimating experience with a commercial GC Experience estimating TI, interiors, retail, or quick-turn projects Ability to manage multiple estimates at once with accuracy and speed Comfort working with conceptual budgets as well as hard bids Strong knowledge of subcontractor pricing and scope leveling A bit about us:
