Grout Medic Denver and 360 Painting Denver are looking for a Residential Sales Estimator to join our growing family-owned business. This is a warm-lead sales position. No cold calling. No door knocking. You'll meet with homeowners who have already reached out to us, understand their needs, and recommend the right solution for their home. You'll sell two highly respected home-service brands, providing estimates for tile and grout restoration, interior painting, and exterior painting. Why This Opportunity?

• Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Inspect projects and determine the customer's needs
• Measure and prepare professional estimates
• Present solutions, pricing, and options
• Build trust and earn the customer's business
• Follow up and provide outstanding customer service
• Communicate with our office and production teams
• Continuously learn and improve
