Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Commercial Re-Roofing Sales Estimator to join our team in Colorado. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with commercial clients, and driving sales of re-roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing sales, a deep understanding of roofing systems, and the ability to provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their needs. The Commercial Re-Roofing Sales Estimator will work closely with company leadership and project management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial consultation through project completion. This individual must have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to effectively present and negotiate roofing solutions. Success in this role will be measured by sales performance, customer satisfaction, and the ability to develop long-term business relationships. Commercial Re-Roofing Sales Estimator Primary Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, property managers, general contractors, and facility managers. Identify, pursue, and secure new re-roofing sales opportunities within the commercial sector. Conduct site assessments and inspections to evaluate roofing needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to potential clients. Collaborate with the project management and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. Educate clients on roofing materials, installation processes, and cost-effective maintenance plans. Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales agreements. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and local building codes. Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related functions to promote company services. Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire sales and project process.
