Job Description
Qualifications Proven experience in Project Management and Estimating . Experience with construction, façade systems, retail fit-outs, or related fields . Strong experience with project budgets, schedules, procurement, and stakeholder coordination. Experience with expediting and material procurement . Knowledge of construction logistics and site coordination. Strong cost-estimating, analytical, and numerical skills. Experience with quality control and construction inspections. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and construction/estimating software . Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related field , or equivalent professional experience. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Ideal Background Experience in luxury retail, architectural façades, curtain wall, glazing, ornamental metals, entrances, architectural metal, or high-end interior fit-out is highly relevant.
