Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Project Estimator!
Hours:
8:00AM - 5:00
PM, Monday-Friday Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals by reviewing project specifications, drawings, and customer requirements. Support the outside sales team by managing project estimates and providing exceptional customer service. Review CAD drawings and project documents to determine material, labor, and hardware requirements. Create Bills of Materials (BOMs), calculate measurements, and develop installation instructions when needed. Coordinate with production, purchasing, and technical support teams to ensure projects stay on schedule. Communicate with customers regarding quotes, project updates, lead times, and order status. Assist with managing multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in project estimating, project management, sales support, or a related field. Experience with AutoCAD or other Autodesk software preferred. Strong math skills with the ability to interpret measurements, drawings, and specifications. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
