This position will require strong communication skills as you will be interacting with both staff, vendors, architects and owners at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidence will be vital to your success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Estimator responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: Manage both internal and external team commitments on large projects Ensure company master schedule and lead directories are managed by applicable staff Facilitate meetings necessary for assembly of budgets and completion of competitive bids, including kick off, status updates, plan page turns, final reviews, etc. Assign work to estimating staff to ensure complete and reliable estimate incorporating all relevant construction management approach exhibits, information in a timely fashion. Prepare any and all estimating related exhibits i.e. RFQ's, RFP's, etc. Promote collaboration with all vendors and consultants to ensure complete document survey of materials and resources required to complete the project Prepares team and manages estimate presentation to design team and owner, demonstrating complete command of scope of budgets/GMP in alignment with project manager.

QUALIFICATIONS 5-8

years construction estimating experience Organized and detailed with proven ability to fulfill all responsibilities for multiple, complex projects Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills Possess strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving skills and leadership/management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, Timberline Estimating, On-Screen Takeoff and Bluebeam is preferred Please send your resume and cover letter to be considered for this exciting opportunity.
