We're precise, fast-moving, and growing. Our estimators are the financial foundation of every job we run. The Role This is not a general construction estimating role. You'll write and negotiate insurance-compliant scopes of work using Xactimate, work directly with adjusters and TPAs, and ensure every job is accurately scoped before a single crew member steps on site. Attention to detail and deep knowledge of insurance-driven workflows are non-negotiable. What You'll Do Write accurate, insurance-compliant estimates using Xactimate Audit labor, materials, and equipment line items for accuracy Ensure estimates align with carrier guidelines and IICRC standards Submit estimates to adjusters and clients and manage revision cycles Negotiate supplements and recoverable depreciation with adjusters Conduct on-site visits and document job conditions as needed Stay current on carrier requirements, pricing trends, and scoping standards Assist with job costing analysis and gross profit margin reviews Provide feedback to leadership on estimating trends and approval delays What You Bring Xactimate proficiency — required Direct experience in restoration, insurance, or construction estimating — strongly preferred Knowledge of insurance claims workflows, TPA platforms, and adjuster communication Familiarity with IICRC standards and carrier guidelines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear, professional written and verbal communication Degree in a related field preferred — equivalent experience considered

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
