Architectural Millwork Are you an experienced Estimator looking to work on distinctive, high-quality commercial projects? An established and respected client in the architectural millwork space is seeking a results-driven Estimator to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, custom projects where accuracy, collaboration, and strategic thinking directly impact business success. What You'll Do As an Estimator, you will be responsible for developing competitive, detailed estimates that support winning bids while protecting margin and delivery standards. You'll work closely with operations and leadership to ensure bids align with capacity, timelines, and financial targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Interpreting drawings, specifications, and project scopes to create highly detailed and accurate estimates Collaborating with operations and senior leadership to align bids with production capacity, schedules, and profitability Ensuring compliance with corporate, safety, and legal requirements across all bid submissions Supporting smooth project transitions by clearly communicating awarded project details to operations and finance teams How Success Is Measured Performance in this role is evaluated through clear, business-focused metrics, including: Win Rate Pipeline Performance Bid Gross Margin On-Time Bid Submission Booked vs. Budget Performance Why This Role Long-standing, stable organization with a strong industry reputation Engaging, project-focused work with real influence on outcomes Collaborative environment with leadership access and accountability Opportunity to contribute to complex, high-profile commercial builds
