Compensation:

Based on experience Economy Fire Protection is hiring an experienced Fire Sprinkler Estimator / Sales Representative to prepare bids and help win fire protection projects throughout South Florida. We are looking for someone who can manage an estimate from the initial plan review through proposal submission and customer follow-up. Responsibilities Review plans, specifications, addenda, and bid invitations. Perform takeoffs and estimate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Request pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare accurate proposals with clear scopes, exclusions, and qualifications. Follow up with general contractors and customers on submitted bids. Build customer relationships and identify new project opportunities. Track bid deadlines and keep estimating files organized. Coordinate with project managers and field leadership when projects are awarded. Qualifications Fire sprinkler estimating experience required. Ability to read construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, materials, and installation methods. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through. Experience working directly with general contractors or customers. Proficiency with estimating software and spreadsheets. Valid driver's license. Experience estimating tenant improvements, new construction, retrofits, fire pumps, or underground fire lines is a plus.
