Experienced Plumbing Estimator We are seeking an Experienced Plumbing Estimator with a minimum of 5 years of estimating experience to join our commercial plumbing team. The ideal candidate can independently prepare accurate estimates, perform takeoffs, read construction plans and specifications, and understand material and labor costs. Responsibilities Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Prepare accurate plumbing estimates for commercial projects. Perform material and labor takeoffs. Prepare budgets, proposals, and project pricing. Obtain and compare vendor and subcontractor quotes. Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential scope issues. Coordinate with project managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Manage multiple estimates and bid deadlines. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of plumbing estimating experience required. Commercial construction experience preferred. Strong knowledge of plumbing and construction processes. Strong blueprint and construction document reading skills. Experience with Bluebeam or similar estimating software. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, labor, and construction costs. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids. Experience with healthcare, hospitality, multifamily, high-rise, schools, government, and other commercial projects is a plus.
