Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior Estimator with deep experience in underground utility infrastructure projects. This individual will manage the estimating process from initial opportunity identification through final bid submission while supporting utility, transmission, distribution, duct bank, and civil infrastructure projects.

ResponsibilitiesReview plans and specifications for underground utility projectsPerform quantity takeoffs and develop detailed project estimatesSolicit and analyze vendor and subcontractor pricingPrepare competitive bid packages and proposalsIdentify and pursue new bidding opportunitiesWork with customers, vendors, and internal project teams throughout the bid processDevelop estimates for utility relocation, duct bank, transmission, distribution, and related infrastructure projectsUtilize HeavyBid and other estimating tools to prepare accurate pricing Skills and Requirements 10+ years of estimating experienceExperience estimating underground utility infrastructure projectsExperience supporting utility clients such as FPL, Duke, NextEra, or similar utility organizationsStrong knowledge of:
