ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR

who wants to help us win more projects, sharpen our pricing, and build smarter using LEAN principles, real-time data, and modern estimating tools.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Review plans, specs, drawings, and permits to prepare accurate cost estimates Perform material and labor take-offs using estimating software & digital tools Coordinate with PMs, engineers, sales teams, suppliers, and subcontractors Participate in pre-bid walkthroughs & scope clarification meetings Build proposals, scope sheets, bill-of-materials, and bid packages Track scope changes, cost trends & VE options to maintain profitability Keep all estimate files clean, organized, and ready for handoff to operations Support LEAN improvements in templates, processes, and bid workflows

WHAT YOU BRING

1+ year in estimating OR electrical/construction experience Ability to read electrical plans + NEC code requirements Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Comfortable with Excel / estimating software / digital take-off tools Excellent communication & negotiation skills Self-driven and comfortable working with deadlines

BONUS:

Electrical engineering background or field experience
