Duties Review project plans and specifications to develop precise fence supply estimates. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and negotiate timelines for delivery of products. Prepare detailed bids and proposals utilizing Quickbooks software, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Coordinate order placement with suppliers, tracking deliveries to meet project timelines efficiently. Communicate regularly with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and any adjustments needed. Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks software for accurate bid preparation. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and contract terms with suppliers and clients. Construction site experience providing insight into on-the-ground needs and challenges. Knowledge of construction management principles, including project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration. Familiarity with construction contracts, bidding processes, and project documentation. Excellent communication skills for coordinating between clients, suppliers, and internal teams effectively.
