Job description: Full job description W Robbins and Company is hiring an experienced Estimator with a background in painting, siding, and general residential construction. We are a growing licensed residential contractor specializing in commercial, residential, and multifamily work. We're looking for someone who can produce accurate takeoffs, manage bids, and support projects from pre-construction through contract award. What You'll Do Prepare detailed estimates from plans and field measurements Perform takeoffs for painting, siding (Hardie, vinyl), waterproofing, sealants, and foam components Manage bid deadlines and coordinate with the estimating team Work in Excel and estimating software (PlanSwift or similar) Get supplier pricing for materials and equipment Review contracts vs. estimates and prepare change orders Assist with RFIs and addendums Maintain organized bid and project documentation What We're Looking For Experience in construction estimating (painting and/or siding preferred) Strong general residential construction knowledge Proficient in Excel and estimating software Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines

•Must have estimating software experience, such as: PlanSwift, Procore, Bluebeam and others
