JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develops detailed analyses for each assigned account, which considers various rate options, service standards, and financing choices based on customers specific usage characteristics.
• Maintains surveillance over commercial and industrial accounts to include field rate checks, determines eligibility for rate changes and makes changes where applicable, and assists in the preparation of contracts regarding special rates and services.
• Makes deposit calculation quotations in new commercial and industrial buildings and existing metered locations, reviewing deposits of delinquent commercial and industrial customers.
• Participates in electric and water conservation audits for commercial and industrial installations as necessary and provides a report advising customers on cost-effective conservation measures.
• Prepare and maintain customer account summaries, including billing history, usage information, account activity, and other relevant account details.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Associates degree from an accredited in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• (3) years of professional experience.
• Valid driver's license if operating company vehicle.
• Strong customer service
• Knowledge of utility rates, operations, billing, and utility terminology.
• Knowledge of applicable utility conservation measures for commercial and industrial customers.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and other computer programs.
