We are looking to hire an experienced full-time Construction Estimator immediately. Our work includes commercial drywall, stucco/plaster, painting, flooring, scaffolding, and access-related scopes. The estimator will review incoming bid invitations, plans, and specifications; perform quantity takeoffs; solicit and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing; identify scope gaps and exclusions; prepare competitive bids; and organize estimating priorities so ownership can make quick bid/no-bid decisions. Target compensation

AS NOTED

depending on experience and ability to work independently. We are especially interested in someone with commercial construction experience, strong takeoff and bid-assembly skills, familiarity with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST/On-Screen Takeoff, Excel, or comparable estimating tools, and the ability to estimate specialty-trade work accurately.
