Trinity Construction Management, a growing turn-key subcontractor in the commercial construction industry is seeking a project estimator, with specific experience in Division 8 and Division 10. This candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the project bid process from invitation, follow-up, scope review, to award. This is an extremely fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Candidate must be a team player, be self-motivated, design oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once. General requirements in addition to the above: Division 8 Estimating Experience - Preferred Division 10 Estimating Experience - Preferred Ability to review Project Plans, Specifications and Addenda to fully understand scope and requirements. Perform detailed quantity Take-Offs (Specialties, Interior Glass and other Misc. Scopes) Solicit and evaluate vendor and supplier pricing. Bluebeam - Prefered High proficiency in Excel Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and proposals within deadlines Communicate with General Contractors & Suppliers to clarify project requirements. Assist in project handoff to Project Management and Support as needed during all phases of construction.
