Sales Estimator

About the Role This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to learn how a real business operates — and get paid to do it. As our Sales Estimator, you'll work directly alongside the owner, get in front of clients, price and sell jobs, and play an active role in keeping projects running smoothly. No painting experience required. No sales background needed. What we're looking for is the right person — someone hungry, coachable, and ready to bet on themselves.

What You'll Do:

Estimating & Sales Walk properties and develop accurate project estimates Present proposals and close jobs with residential clients Follow up on leads and build strong client relationships Learn our pricing system from the ground up — we'll train you completely Project Coordination Serve as the point of contact for active projects Coordinate crews, timelines, and client expectations Keep jobs on schedule and clients informed from start to finish Business & Field Support Assist with local marketing — door hangers, community outreach, and grassroots campaigns Support content creation for our brand Show up where needed — this role wears many hats and that's intentional Compensation $40,000 base salary Commission on jobs you sell and manage — realistic first-year total: $65,000+ Company car provided Direct mentorship from an industry leader who has helped grow 300+ painting companies.
