We work with leading Developers, Designers, Architects, and GCs on highly custom projects where quality, detail, communication, and execution matters. Much of our business comes from long-standing relationships, repeat clients, and referrals. We are looking for a sharp, motivated, and personable Sales Estimator to join our professional team and grow within the industry. This is not a traditional sales position and involves very little cold calling. It is about understanding the project, understanding the client, providing accurate information quickly, and building relationships that last. What You will
Do :
You will work with clients and our internal team to take projects from architectural plans and material selections to accurate, professional proposals. Review blueprints, specifications, and project details. Perform digital takeoffs and calculate project quantities. Understand materials, installation requirements, and client expectations. Prepare accurate labor proposals for tiles, stone, and countertops. Communicate directly with homeowners, designers, builders, architects, and contractors. Provide timely, professional follow-up throughout the estimating process. Collaborate with our Team Leaders, fabrication, and installation teams. Our projects are often custom, complex, and detail driven. We are not competing to provide the cheapest solution. Our clients choose us for the knowledge, craftsmanship, service, and level of execution required to deliver the finished product they expect.
