What You'll Do Travel to properties to inspect and scope water, fire, mold, and storm losses Establish the mitigation scope and help get field crews started Write detailed Xactimate estimates and reconstruction estimates when applicable Take accurate measurements, photos, sketches, and job documentation Handle estimate revisions, supplements, and reviewer requests Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, project managers, and field crews Ensure estimates and documentation meet carrier and program requirements Requirements Minimum 3 years of Xactimate experience — required Previous mitigation/restoration industry experience — required

certification — required Strong knowledge of water mitigation procedures, equipment, and documentation Valid driver's license and clean driving record — required Ability to participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency losses as needed Preferred Reconstruction estimating experience Experience with Alacrity, Contractor Connection, or Lionsbridge IICRC FSRT, AMRT, or ASD certifications Schedule This is a full-service restoration company — losses don't follow a 9-5 schedule. Candidates should be comfortable with weekday availability, weekends as needed, and participation in an on-call rotation.
